Yes! Because we produce in-house in Koblach on our eufyMake E1 UV printer without traditional screen or plate setup, we love one-offs and small runs. Whether you need 1 personalized lighter or keychain as a birthday gift, 1 upcycled art object, or 25 NFC cards for your next club gig—just tell us your idea.

How does Art & Upcycling work? Can you print on any object I bring?

Accepted Answer

We love printing on unexpected surfaces like vintage flea-market clocks, metal tins, wooden boxes, acrylic plates or found objects. However, not every surface reacts the same way to UV ink. We check every object individually for material compatibility, flatness, dimensions (up to 120 mm height) and ink adhesion before confirming production. Send us a photo and rough dimensions first!

What makes eufyMake E1 UV printing special?

Accepted Answer

Our eufyMake E1 UV printer jets CMYK, Titanium White, and clear UV varnish directly onto rigid objects and cures the ink immediately with UV light. This lets us print full-color artwork on dark materials and build up raised, tactile 3D textures you can feel with your fingertips.

How do the NFC Tap Cards work on iPhone and Android?

Accepted Answer

Every card contains a genuine 13.56 MHz NTAG213 chip. When tapped against the top of any modern iPhone or Android phone, a notification opens your link—such as your SoundCloud, Bandcamp, EPK, Linktree or contact card—without needing any app. We can also print a backup QR code on the reverse.

Can you preload audio files, stems, or press kits onto the USB Release Cards?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer our Premium Metal USB Cards in solid Matte Black, Brushed Silver and Brushed Gold. We can either deliver them empty so you can load your own WAV/AIFF masters, or preload your release folder onto the cards before shipping.

What if I only have a rough sketch or don't have print-ready vector files?

Accepted Answer

No problem. While vector files (SVG, PDF, AI) or high-res PNG/JPEGs are great, you don't need to be a print technician. Send us what you have—even a photo, logo or rough idea—and tell us which parts you'd like raised or glossy. We help prepare the print files together with you.

Question 7

How are shipping costs calculated, and can I pick up my order in Vorarlberg?

Accepted Answer

Our Pack Builder calculates an estimated shipping rate based on the total weight, packaging size and destination (Austria, Germany, or EU countries) using Austrian Post reference brackets. If you're nearby in Vorarlberg, Switzerland or the Lake Constance region, you can also select free local pickup in 6842 Koblach by prior arrangement.

Does submitting a project request or pack configuration trigger a binding order?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no online checkout or automatic payment on this website. All displayed prices and shipping costs are non-binding estimates. Once you send your request, we check feasibility, artwork and timing, and get back to you personally with a clear final quote.
